TRX Leg Workout

The past two days the whole town of Chattanooga has been closed due to snow.  Many people would see this as an excuse to skip exercise and just eat snow cream while veggin' out in front of the TV.  And while that is not a bad idea, there is no reason you can't get in a great workout as well.  While being stuck indoors I was able to get in a great leg workout in about 45 minutes with minimal equipment.  So in today's post I would like to share that workout with you.



Enter the TRX Leg Workout.  I have mentioned the TRX before and would like to showcase it in this workout.  This is one of my favorite pieces of equipment.  It can be set up almost anywhere, can train every muscle in the body, is great for core strength/endurance, and trains you in a highly functional way.  I have access to multiple state of the art gyms in town but still find myself staying home and using my TRX at times.  It is that good!  Anyways...here is the workout.



If you have a TRX, or access to one, this is a great workout that focuses on the lower body and helps to improve power, strength, muscular endurance, and stability.  If you super set exercises and stay moving between movements then you can get in a cardio effect as well.  If you don't have a TRX and would like to get one you can find them at trxtraining.com.  That is all I have for today.
